Will Levy, guitarist of The Story So Far, sent us these photos from the band’s time on the road. Here’s what he had to say:
“Our fall of 2018 was focused on the release of our fourth studio album, Proper Dose. We started off with three shows at California record stores. We played Fingerprints Music in Long Beach, a spot in Hollywood, and Berkeley’s own Amoeba Records.
The band then headed to Europe with support from Citizen and All Get Out. We spent our time searching for the best breakfast spots, walking miles to Oktoberfest in Munich, and taking an hour-long train ride to the outlets in Berlin. We had our first show in Amsterdam as a band. The visit was also a first for most of us personally, so of course Parker, Kevin, and myself went straight to the café.
My favorite picture from this trip is of Ryan Torf and Mat Kerekes in London. Mat very graciously offered his time, efforts, and talent to learn the piano part and harmonies on ‘Upside Down’. Mat continued to play with us when we toured together in the States in November and December. Thanks, Mat! The USA tour saw us in the northwest, to scootering around graveyards in Charlotte, NC. We capped it all off with a show at Hollywood’s Palladium.
Thank you for the support of TSSF over the years and our new album, Proper Dose. Enjoy”
